The Toronto Rock will open defence of their NLL Championship on home turf at the Air Canada Centre on Sunday, January 8th when they host NLL Rookie-of-the-Year Curtis Dickson and the Calgary Roughnecks at 6:00pm.

That same night, minor lacrosse teams from across Ontario will help the Rock kick-off their season at the home opener.  The Ontario Lacrosse Association Night of Champions will include teams from all age groups and skill levels paraded onto the floor to be a part of the Championship ceremonies.  Fans in attendance will see the Rock raise their sixth NLL Championship banner to the rafters at Air Canada Centre and the players will be presented with their 2011 NLL Championship rings.

Another highly anticipated game for the Rock takes place when they host a rematch of the 2011 NLL Champion’s Cup Final against the defending West Division champion Washington Stealth on Saturday, March 3rd.

Players, staff and management are also looking forward to this year’s annual charity game on Friday, March 9th vs. Philadelphia. The Rock and teams across the National Lacrosse League will once again each host fundraising games to benefit different charities locally.

Toronto Rock Season Tickets for 2012 are still available through the Rock office starting at only $14.99 per game. For ticket inquiries, please contact Pat Stewart at pstewart@torontorock.com or 416-596-3075, ext. 234.
