Toronto -The podcast of the first edition of Toronto Rock Total Access is now available at the TSN Podcast Centre.

Fans can listen to the program on Monday nights from 7-8pm in Toronto on AM 1050 and nationally you can find the show online at tsn.ca/Toronto or on your mobile phone by downloading the TSN app for your BlackBerry, iPhone or Android device.

Toronto Rock Total Access is hosted by Toronto Rock Communications and Public Relations Coordinator Mike Hancock and will feature player and coach interviews on top of in-depth analysis from prominent lacrosse experts.  Hancock served as the team's play-by-play voice on the NLL Network during the 2009 and 2010 seasons and has also done television play-by-play for the Buffalo Bandits.

Guests on the first show included Rock Lacrosse on TSN colour analyst Brian Shanahan, NLL VP of Lacrosse Operations Brian Lemon, Rock GM Terry Sanderson and the host of "Off the Crosse Bar" on the Team 1040 in Vancouver, Teddy Jenner.
