Need to work the goaltenders on skills instead of just using them for target practice. Get them running and passing with full equipment. Practice with and without the stick to get body, arms, and legs in front of shots. Drop and get up quickly. Work the side to side. Work on getting the stick up to stop high shots. Get a tennis ball machine to pepper shots on areas that need work and randomly to build reflexes. Get on ball for sixty minutes, stand up tall, and cover the five hole.
