Benesch, who was named NLL Rookie of the Year in 2007 returns to the Rock roster for his third season. He tallied 50 points (19 goals, 31 assists) in 2008 including a four goal game on January 26th 2008 leading the Rock to a 14-10 home victory over the New York Titans.

During his first season with the Rock in 2007, Ryan recorded an impressive 33 goals, second among goal scorers on the Rock roster that year.

Ryan will join the team at training camp scheduled to begin early this month.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed due to club policy.
