2010 BOUNCE BACK PROGRAM

Are you looking for new and exciting fundraising ideas for your team or organization?  Through the Toronto Rock Bounce Back Program, your group will be able to fundraise AND enjoy an exciting team-building outing at a Toronto Rock home game!   Youth Teams, Scout Troops, Charities, High School Teams, College Teams, Elementary Schools, Fire & Police Departments, PTA Groups and more are groups that have taken advantage of this exclusive opportunity to fundraise.

2010 Group Policies

• A group consists of a minimum of 10 people.
• Children over the age of 24 months require a ticket.
• Please enquire if you require accessible seating at the time of your order.
• A valid credit card is required when placing any group order.
• Initial payment of 10% is due upon placement of all group orders.
• Full payment is due 2 weeks (10 business days) prior to the game. Any unpaid orders may be released for general sale after this date, at the discretion of the Director of Ticketing.
• Changes to group numbers may be made up to 2 weeks (10 business days) prior to the game if tickets are not issued. After this point, or once issued, there are no refunds or exchanges on any tickets.
• Additional group tickets may be purchased up to 24 hours in advance of game, subject to availability, payment due immediately. Group discount is not available on game day or at the ACC Ticket Office.
• We accept the following methods of payment: Cheque, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Diner's/EnRoute and Sears.
• Tickets will be available for delivery or pickup once full payment is received.
• A courier fee of $20 will be charged on all deliveries
• When picking up tickets at The Air Canada Centre Ticket Office, the credit card and one piece of photo ID must be presented. Special arrangements must be made if tickets picked up by someone other than the group contact, or if credit card not available for pickup. Call (416) 596-3075 to arrange.
• Any lost or stolen tickets must be reported in writing immediately to The Toronto Rock offices in order to arrange for replacements. A replacement fee may apply.
