Dance Background: I have been dancing my entire life.  I started when I was two years old, and haven't stopped since.  I have trained in all disciplines ballet, jazz, lyrical, modern, hip-hop and tap.  I was a competitive dancer for 11 years.  I had the wonderful experience of representing Canada at the World Dance Championships, while being on the Canadian National Jazz & Showdance Team.  I continued my training in college, while completed to diploma programs.  I am a certified dance teacher with Dance Maters of America and The Canadian Dance Teachers Association. 

My favorite Toronto Rock memory: As this is my 5^th Season on the Dance team, I'm sure you can imagine that I've had many favorite moments!!   I'll go with karaoke singing with the dance team!!  We might not be the best singers, but that doesn't seem to stop us!! 

My pre-game rituals include...  Warming up, Jugo Juice Smoothies, Getting Pretty, Practicing the dances a million times!!

The one word that describes me best: dedicated

How I would celebrate if the rock won the cup this season: I think celebrating with the fans that have been there as long as I have cheering on a supporting the Rock!!  It would be awesome to see everyone out on the field celebrating with the team!!

Favorite thing about being inside the ACC: The best part about the being in the ACC is the feeling you get when you run onto the field and see a packed house of cheering fans!  You instantly feel the adrenaline start to pump!  As we get ready to dance, the crowd starts cheering, the music starts pumping, and we're ready to entertain the crowd and cheer on our TORONTO ROCK!!!

The song I like to dance to when no one is watching is: hmmm that's a tough one; a dancer will dance to anything, whenever there is music!!!
 
My role model:  I have a couple role models!!  My parents, they've been happily married for 35yrs and inspire and support me every day!  My best friend Jayne, because she lives life to the fullest and encourages me to do the same! 

My favorite thing about Toronto: My favorite thing about Toronto is the endless things to do, from shopping to shows, to museums and events, especially the TORONTO ROCK!!

I am excited to be part of the 2010 Toronto Rock Dance Team because: Each year I've been on the team I memories and friendships that will last a lifetime.  This is the best Dance Team out there, and I'm honored to be dancing with such a talented group of women for another season!!
