Tiffany Richardson

TIFFANY RICHARDSON - Dance Team Coordinator

As far as longevity goes with the Toronto Rock Tiffany Richardson has been around as long as Bob Watson and she jokes that when he retires, she will finally decide to hang up her dancing shoes.

Tiffany has been with the Toronto Rock for 11 seasons now, first as a member of the Dance Team back in the days of Maple Leaf Gardens and the first few glory years at the Air Canada Centre.  She then took over as dance team co-ordinator and has never looked back.

Tiffany graduated from Ryerson University with a B.A. in Journalism Broadcast. She worked on CTV’s ‘eNow’ and spent five years as a Producer and Host at Canada’s National Country Music Network, CMT.

Tiffany has also worked as the audience warm-up girl for the CBC hit ‘The Red Green Show’, been an entertainment reporter for The Hamilton Spectator, The Stoney Creek News, The Toronto Star and several other online publications and magazines as well as been the content manager for the W Network’s website and am ambassador for YTV in the viewer relations department.

Tiffany sure knows the ins and outs of the world of entertainment so it comes as no surprise that she decided to venture off on her own and start her own company, Icing Inc., in late 2007.  Icing inc. is an event staffing company that provides top tier hospitality for events.  She has been fortunate enough to travel all over Canada in the last few years working for such clients as OLG, Molson, Trident, Telus, The Grey Cup and the list goes on!  You can visit her website at  www.icing.ca.  It comes as no surprise that Tiffany is part of the Toronto Rock family, as when it comes to managing the girls and the dance team she is definitely an expert.

The only year that Tiffany wasn’t part of the Toronto Rock dance team was when she left us to spend a year down-under in Australia working for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation in the radio and television news department.  We are glad that she left behind the land of kangaroos and koalas to return to the Toronto Rock and we hope that she will help create some great energy inside the ACC again this season to help bring the Cup home to Toronto.

Tiffany would also like to acknowledge a wonderful group of ladies who are all a part of her Icing Inc. family and who have stepped up to assist her by providing some amazing choreography this season that you will get to see the girls perform on field.  Please visit the choreographer section to learn more about them.
