What are 5 shooting tips you would give a child

1.     Have a ‘go to' spot you feel comfortable shooting

2.     Make the goalie move

3.     Be patient- the shot won't always be there right away

4.     If in doubt, shoot hard at the 5-hol

5.     Watch Billings and take notes

During the off-season, how do you keep in game shape?  Can you name some practice drills kids can work on to improve their skills

I play lacrosse and workout.  Keep the stick in your hands.  Cradling and throwing the ball against the wall will help keep you sharp.  In general though, just keep active by playing a sport that you like and gets you sweating.
